No practitioner should face a difficult case alone.

In NHS specialist training, nobody does. There is always a supervisor, a team, a meeting where hard cases are discussed openly, and an annual review that shows how far you’ve come. That structure is what turns skilled clinicians into safe, expert ones.

In aesthetic medicine, most practitioners qualify and then work in isolation. Interface Expert changes that. It brings the architecture of specialist training to aesthetics: mentorship, governance, and verified progression, delivered by our expert faculty and a multidisciplinary team.

This is not a subscription. It is a training pathway.

How it works

Monthly mentorship. A live session with expert faculty covering complications, technique and treatment planning, with real case discussion. Every session carries verifiable CPD.

Complications support. A secure portal where you can submit challenging cases for review by our clinical team. Access opens once you have passed the core emergency modules on vascular occlusion, visual loss and serious infection.

Quarterly clinical governance. Multidisciplinary meetings where members review cases, share audit data and present quality improvement projects.

What we ask of you

• Complete the self-assessment at the start and end of the year
• Attend monthly sessions and submit your data each month
• Report and reflect on complications and near misses
• Pass the core emergency modules each year
• Take part in quarterly governance meetings and collect annual patient satisfaction data
